Green smoothie

½ Cucumber cut into chunks

1 Celery stalk cut into chunks

2 cups spinach or kale

1 Green apple - cored and chopped

½ Avocado

Juice of ½ lemon

1-2 Medjool dates pitted

1 Tbs Coconut oil or MCT oil 

4-6 oz of water (for desired thickness)

Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
